What’s included:
2 Prenatal visits
Two virtual or in person sessions before baby comes to discuss your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum goals.
Sessions will include creating a birth plan and childbirth education for mother and partner to best prepare for the multitude of potential outcomes
Birth Support
In person support at your delivery site (hospital, birthing center, home birth) from early labor through two hours after delivery.
I will have on call availability for your birth and offer 24/7 text support past 38 weeks.
2 Postpartum Visits
6 hours of postpartum support included in base package in order to debrief your birth experience, guide you through newborn care and get feeding off to the right start.

Each package is customizable to your needs: want more postpartum visits? More prenatal meetings? Need me overnight to catch up on sleep? We can discuss your perfect plan!
